As a Moderator, I have overall responsibility for all our social media pages: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok. I follow up on messages and comments carefully to ensure continuous engagement with the audience and maintain the brand image. From monitoring content to responses and updates, I strive to provide a distinctive communication experience for the audience and manage every detail with precision and professionalism.

My tasks include:

Responding to messages and comments - building effective relationships and continuous engagement with followers.
Monitoring content and ensuring its quality - enhancing our presence on different platforms in a consistent and professional manner.
Monitoring trends and meeting audience needs - ensuring quick and useful responses that enhance customer loyalty and attract new followers.
